Shipping coins, jewelry, and bullion to Taber Numismatics is a safe, convenient, and economical way to receive a free appraisal and a 'no obligation' purchase offer for your items.

• Shipping through the US Post Office, using registered mail and fully insured, ensures that your items will arrive safely and without damage.

• Your packaged is signed by each person that handles your shipment, and by Taber Numismatics when we take delivery. This provides proof that Taber Numismatics has successfully received your items. All items are held under lock and key.
  
  

• In the highly unlikely event that your shipment ever became lost or damaged, you would be reimbursed for the insured value by the US Post Office. Each registered mail shipment can be insured for up to $25,000, and multiple shipments can be used to insure collections that exceed this value. (We've never had a lost package using registered mail.)

Convenience

• Shipping through the US Postal Service is a very convenient way to get your coins, jewelry, and bullion to us. You simply package your items securely in a strong cardboard box (so the contents don't move around or come into contact with each other during shipment).
  
  

• You then bring the box to the Post Office, and within minutes your package will be on its way to Taber Numismatics. Once received, we'll immediately notify you, then perform a free appraisal of your items.
  

  Note: The Post Office needs to put special mailing tape on the box to secure it's contents. So, to avoid problems, let the clerk at the Post Office guide you in taping up the box when it's ready to be shipped. (Don't use your own tape at home, leave the box open until you get to the Post Office.)
  
  

• The appraised value represent an immediate offer to buy your coins, jewelry, and/or bullion. If you accept our offer, we'll send out a company check that day. This will include reimbursement for the shipping charges you paid to get your items to us.
  
  

• If you decline our purchase offer, we'll immediate return your shipment, using registered mail and fully insured. In this case, we will pay the return postage, but will not reimburse you for the shipping charges you paid to get your items to us. In this manner, you get a free appraisal, and we split the round-trip shipping charges.
  
  

• By shipping to Taber Numismatics, you won't need to travel to, and spend hours at, an office waiting for your items to be evaluated (with no assurance that they're even interested in purchasing your coins or bullion).
  
  

• Taber Numismatics is a strong buyer of all silver, gold, and rare US coins, regardless of type or condition. We also purchase all gold, silver, and platinum bullion items, including gold and platinum jewelry.

Economical

• Shipping through the US Postal Service is a very economical way to get your coins, jewelry, and bullion to Taber Numismatics. In fact, it's free for folks that sell their items to us. We will reimburse you for all reasonable shipping charges you pay when selling your coins, jewelry, and/or bullion to us.

• You will receive an excellent buy offer from us. We don't have the overhead costs associated with a traditional retail shop, so we don't have to lower our purchase offer to cover those expenses. This means you get a better buy offer from Taber Numismatics!
